Position Summary:

The main responsibility is to be a member of upper store management who will assist the store manager in leading the store while demonstrating excellent service to each customer and provide strong support of team members.  As management, this role must always support our goal of being the most helpful hardware stores on the planet! The ability to truly leave a positive impact on our team members and customers is the ultimate goal so an enthusiastic, positive and supportive attitude is essential.

• Provide world class customer service and experiences 
• Lead and support strong operational processes that drive profitability
• Collaborate and engage within the team to drive process improvements 
• Model innovative ideas to increase store traffic, community engagement and operating excellence.

Requirements:

• Retail management experience preferred. 
• Strong leadership skills and business knowledge
• Professional customer engagement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
