Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Associate to support our HR team. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including employee record management, recruitment support, and onboarding new hires. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Onboard new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and ensuring they have the resources they need
- Answering team members’ questions about benefits, policies, and HR stuff in general.
- Assemble new employee packets, handouts and benefits packets.
- Assigning and tracking training.
- Assist with compliance reporting and audits.
- Assist with special HR projects.
- Some HR or office experience is great (internships and school projects count too!).
- A people person who’s friendly, professional, and easy to talk to.
- Strong attention to detail — you're the kind of person who double-checks your work.
- Comfortable with tech tools like Microsoft Office (bonus points if you’ve worked with an HRIS before).
- Someone who can juggle a few tasks at once and stay cool under pressure.

- Full Time Benefits
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience; internships or co-ops considered.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
